Is Relay accounting software?
No. Relay does not do books, tax or payroll. It is the client communication layer: reminders, document chasing, invoicing and follow-up around the work you do in your accounting tools.
Can we import our client list?
Yes, from a CSV export. Custom fields hold the dates that drive the reminder ladders.
Can a client pay an invoice online?
Relay sends the invoice with a public link the client can open, showing the amount due and how to pay you. It does not take card payment on that page today.
Will reminders stop once the client responds?
Yes. A reply from the client exits them from the ladder so nobody gets chased after they have already answered.
What does it cost?
